Expert Witness and Building Disputes

Hampshire Surveyors, Ross Associates can act as Expert Witness to property and building disputes, under the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Practice Statement and Guidance Notes

We can be commissioned by both parties of the dispute as a Single Joint Expert, or to act for one side.

The report may be used to resolve disputes directly between the parties, or as a document for Court. The report will be independent and impartial, and we will encourage resolving the dispute and seek early conclusion.
